Return Policy
We apply a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
For customers outside the European Union:
Due to customs procedures and the constraints of international shipping, we do not accept exchanges or refunds for orders shipped outside the European Union. We therefore encourage you to carefully check your choice of product and size before placing your order.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, except for return shipping costs, starting from the date of delivery of the order. Products must be returned at the customer’s expense in new condition (unworn, unwashed).
Products that are incomplete, damaged, or soiled by the customer will not be accepted or refunded. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility without exception.
