Shipping policy

 

1. Delivery Areas
We ship our jewelry worldwide. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the destination country, the weight of the package, and the chosen delivery method. Exact shipping costs are indicated at the time of order confirmation. Any applicable customs duties and VAT are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.

2. Processing and Shipping Times
Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 business hours after payment is received. In the event of an exceptional delay, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

3. Order Tracking
Each order is shipped with a tracking number, which will be sent to you by email once your package has been dispatched. You can track your order on the carrier’s website. It may happen that La Poste does not scan the tracking number when the parcel is first dispatched, but only upon arrival at the distribution center or at delivery. In this case, tracking information may temporarily not be available.

4. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method. As a guideline:

  • Mainland France: 2 to 5 business days

  • Europe: 4 to 10 business days

  • International: 7 to 20 business days

These timeframes are provided for reference only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (customs, strikes, etc.).

5. Liability and Insurance
Goods are shipped at the recipient’s risk. We cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by postal services or carriers. In case of an issue, we invite you to contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If a shipment is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer, the customer is required to file a claim directly with La Poste and check with their postal worker and neighbors. As a purely commercial gesture, and without creating any obligation on the part of Mademoiselle Salty, a goodwill gesture may be offered to the customer (for example, a discount on a future order). However, no replacement shipment or refund will be provided as compensation.

6. Issues Upon Receipt
If you notice any anomaly when receiving your package (damaged package, opened parcel, missing or broken product), please:

  • Notify the carrier immediately and refuse the package if necessary.

  • Inform us by email at mademoiselle.salty@gmail.com on the same day, or no later than the first business day following receipt.

Any claim made after this period cannot be taken into account.

7. Returns and Exchanges
In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the return complies with our conditions, we will proceed with an exchange or a refund within 14 days.
